Unique single print. Only example at this level. To show how difficult these 1965 Topps Football tall boys are in GEM MINT 10 condition, a total of nearly 31,000 cards for this set have been graded by PSA, with only 16 examples ever receiving a GEM MINT 10 grade. Besides the famous and amazingly popular Joe Namath rookie card, this #52 Goose Gonsoulin card might just be the second most popular card in the 1965 Topps Football set, solely due to the unique feature of his photo having his name on the training camp masking tape stuck to the front of his helmet. However, Gonsoulin was not just a no-name player, but holds the AFL record for most career interceptions (40), and was in the first induction class of the Denver Broncos Ring of Honor.
